All content of the Game — including but not limited to source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), visual design, text, UI elements, game mechanics, scene data, and overall creative expression — is the original work of the Game's creator(s) and is protected by:

• Use any automated system (bot, scraper, crawler — except search engine indexing) to access the Game in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

3. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment
• Share the URL (link) to the Game with others
• Create and share gameplay recordings, screenshots, or clips for non-commercial social sharing, commentary, criticism, or review, provided you credit "6-7.win" and do not redistribute the Game's code

5. Third-Party Content & Dependencies

The Game is built entirely with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It does not use any third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, or external assets. There are no external dependencies that introduce additional licensing terms or supply-chain concerns.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE GAME'S CREATOR(S) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Game's creator(s) from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.

9. Meme & Cultural References

The Game references internet meme culture in a parodic, transformative, and commentary context. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any musical artist, athlete, sports league, social media platform, game studio, or brand. All references are original creative expressions or constitute fair use / fair dealing for purposes of parody, commentary, and criticism.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (for UK users), the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law (for US users), and the applicable national law of your EU/EEA member state (for EU users). Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
